We’re Olivia Forte and Gerald Minta, the creators of That PMDD Couple — a space built from real love, real struggle, and real healing.
Our journey with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) has been both challenging and transformative. Through open conversations, emotional honesty, and a lot of trial and error, we’ve learned how to navigate PMDD not as opponents, but as partners — with compassion, communication, and a shared commitment to understanding.
That PMDD Couple was born from our desire to help others feel less alone. Here, we share what we’ve learned about emotional regulation, relationship balance, and self-awareness — offering insights, stories, and tools that empower both individuals and couples dealing with PMDD.
We believe that healing begins with connection — to yourself, to your body, and to each other. Our mission is to create a community where honesty, empathy, and growth thrive, even in the hardest cycles.
